3. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via phone or through our online platform. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for skip delivery.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery of the skip. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. A deposit may be required for certain bookings.

4. Usage Guidelines

Customers must use the provided skip responsibly and in accordance with the following guidelines:

5. Customer Responsibilities

6. Company Responsibilities

Delivering and collecting the skip on the agreed dates and times.
Ensuring that collected waste is disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations.
Providing support and assistance regarding the use and maintenance of the skip.

7. Duration of Hire

The standard hire period is seven days from the date of delivery. Extensions may be requested subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

8. Charges and Fees

Fees are based on the size of the skip and the duration of the hire. Additional charges may apply for:

Late collections beyond the agreed hire period.
Permits required for skip placement on public property.
Excess waste exceeding the skip's capacity.

9. Insurance and Liability

Customers are responsible for any damage to property caused by the placement or removal of the skip, excluding normal wear and tear. Forest Hill Skip Hire is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations may incur charges equivalent to a day’s hire.
